Right of withdrawal
Products which were obtained from us in connection with a download are not subject to the right of revocation. You agree to the start of the download. A return or credit note is not possible. The right of revocation also excludes products which have been tailored to personal needs (for example orders).
As a return of downloads is not feasible, the customer agrees with the purchase of products in this shop that the seller before the expiration of the withdrawal period by the delivery of the downloads starts with the execution of the contract and thereby the right of withdrawal of the customer prematurely.
